Negative Core Beliefs underlie our negative emotions – anger, fear, stress, anxiety, sadness, depression.
These emotions drive our behaviors – self-protection, manipulation, poor boundaries, addictions, unmanaged anger.
Trying to change our behaviors or our emotions without first addressing the Core Beliefs is like taking an aspirin for a headache. It works for a little while. But since its only impacting symptoms and not the real cause, our headaches come back.
