Texas law requires this information to be publicly available. You may request your mental health records in writing via email, secure portal, or mail. Please allow up to 15 business days for response.

Your privacy is protected under Florida law and HIPAA regulations. Information shared in counseling is confidential except in cases of:

• Risk of harm to yourself or others

• Suspected abuse or neglect

• Court order

• Written authorization

Records & Access

You may request access to your mental health records in writing. Requests will be handled in accordance with state and federal law.
